Ingredients

  1. 6 cups- flour
  2. 6tsps - yeast
  3. 25 tbsps- sugar
  4. Moderate milk
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 4eggs
  7. Luke warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour, yeast, milk, salt and sugar into a bowl and mix.

    Add the eggs and warm water and mix well with a wooden spoon or spatula or your hand to form a thick mixture.

    Cover and leave to rise for one hour.

    Mix, scoop with an ice cream spoon or any deep spoon or your fingers and fry in a frying pan using blue flame.

  5. 5

    After dropping in the puff puff, and they brown too quickly, then you need to reduce to medium heat and continue frying.

  6. 6

    Flip as each side browns and take out of the hot oil when both sides are brown.

  7. 7

    Drain excess oil with a strainer.
