Ingredients

  1. Fresh ice Fish
  2. Scott bonnet
  3. Sliceonion
  4. Seasoning
  5. Spices
  6. Veg oil
  7. Spinach leave
  8. Dice tomato

Cooking Instructions

    In pot add your diced tomato pepper paste Scott bonnet and allow to boil for 5minute.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in pan fry with onion,add in the fish and fry for 1 minute then add the boiled pepper mix together

  3. 3

    Add seasonings, ginger,salt,garlic and spinach leave cover for steam.
