    Wash beans to remove peals. Soak for 30mins and drain the water. Add scotch bonnet, tatashe, onions, turmeric, ginger and blend to a smooth paste.

    Pour blended paste into a bowl and start mixing. Add salt to taste, seasoning, water from boiled fish, vegetable oil and some quantity of water, it shouldn't be too watery. Stir together to have a good mix.

    Get your moimoi nylon and start fetching the mixed paste into it. When you pour in a spoon into the nylon, add a piece of fish, pour in another spoon and add a piece of egg then tie up the nylon firmly.

    Place your pot on fire, add water halfway into the pot and put the nylons of moimoi paste into them. Cover to cook for about 35-40mins. Serve hot and enjoy.
