Cooking Instructions

Cut the bread sizeably. In a bowl, put finely diced onion, green pepper, scotch bonnet, maggi & break in the eggs. Mix set aside

In a pan add 2tbsp of oil, dip the bread in the egg making sure each side is fully coated, place in the pan. Fry each side including the 4 corners.

Ready to be devoured

Without any other added ingredients it can be eaten savoury or sweet as one likes.
