Cooking Instructions

Mix all your ingredients in your filo pastry into a dough

Role it out into a circle

Place the dough into a pirax

Cook for 10 minutes on 180* so it bubbles slightly take it out and set aside

Cut up all your ingredients for your filling

Fry for a few minutes on a hob with a bit of honey

Mix up all the rest of the filling in a bowl

Pour the vegetables into the liquidy filling and stir well

Pour the filling into the filo pastry

Bake for 45 minutes and in the last 10 minutes put on low steam

Now it is ready to eat
