Cooking Instructions

Mix d yeast n sugar with 1/2 cup and let it rise for 5 minutes

Mix d flour n salt 2gether,add yeast mixture n add butter n 1 beaten egg. Mix until u get a dough, if its so sticky add flour or add a little water if d dough is hard

Knead d dough for like 10 minutes, and cut into balls. The measurements makes about 6 burger bread

Knead dem again n roll into balls,arrange on a greased baking tray or a line parchment paper on d baking tray

Cover d door n let it rise for about 30-35 mins. In a warm area

Egg wash n bake for 15-20 minsat 200 degrees. Check to ensure it doesn't get burnt.

Note: if u wish, u can add sesame seed after egg wash

Fillings:mayonnaise, ketchup, tomatoes, salad, cucumber n minced meat
