Steps

In a bowl add sugar, yeast and water Mix well and leave for 10 mins

Add oil, butter, eggs and salt and mix well

Add the flour and knead for abot 12- 15 mins untill soft and elastic

Leave to rise for 30 mins

Shape dough and leave to double in size in a warm place
- 6
Brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degreesC for 25 mins

Cover the buns with a wet cloth to keep it soft
