Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. Foridli-
  2. 1 cuprava (roasted)
  3. 3/4 cupcurd
  4. 1/2 tspSalt (adjust according to taste)
  5. 1/2 tspeno fruit salt
  6. 3 tbspoil
  7. 1/2 cupwater (adjust according to consistency)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add rava, salt and curd. Mix well. Now add water in it and mix until combined completely. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Heat idli maker with water on high flame. Grease idli mold with oil. Add eno into idli batter and immediately transfer it on idli molds. You can add a pinch of soda instead of eno also.

    Steam it for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Delicious rava idli is ready to serve. Serve hot with sambar and chutney.
