Ingredients

6 servings
  • 4 cupcurd
  • Halfcup milk
  • I round medium small bottlegaurd
  • 1 tsprock salt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds dry roasted
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 cupgrated carrots
  • 1finely chopped onion small
  • 1 tspchopped cucumber

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the spices into curd and whisk gently

  2. 2

    Now take roasted jeera and crush it and add it to curd mixture

  3. 3

    Now peel off the bottlegaurd and boil it for atleast 30 minutes then strain it and add it to raita

  4. 4

    Enjoy yummy raita.stay safe stay healthy
