Ingredients

  1. Soya bean
  2. Palm oil
  3. Tamarind water
  4. Vegetable oil for frying
  5. Water that u will be putting the awara before frying
  6. Salt
  7. Maggi and onga stew
  8. For the sauce
  9. Onion
  10. Vegetable oil
  11. Attarugu
  12. Tattashe
  13. Maggi
  14. Spices
  15. Curry

    Pick the dirt from the beans, soak, and blend

    After blending, sieve using scarf use for tata. Place the milk extracted and place on fire. Lv it for some time to boil

    After the milk has started boiling u add d tamarind juice or ruwan tsamiya until it start to cuddle.

    Sieve it and allow to drain for sometimes. Then u cut d awara to desired shape and

    Place d awara inside the water containing salt, maggi and onga stew and fry

  6. 6

    For the sauce, slice ur onion, attarugu, tattashe and set aside. pour oil in a pan and pour the slice onion, attarugu, tattashe. Continue stirring using a wooden spoon. After it fried add small quantity of water, add maggi, curry and spices and cover for 5mints. Done. Serve with ur awara
