Ginger Pork and Firm Tofu with Oyster Sauce

Today the gentleman known as my husband didn't need dinner, so I had dinner alone. So I thought I'd make dinner with whatever's in the house. This is the result of what I thought of with limited ingredients.
Adjust the cooking time of pork depending on the thickness of the slices. I made it with thinly sliced shoulder roast. It will taste much batter if you fry the meat until it becomes crispy. It had been a while since I'd made such a satisfying meal just for me. Pork, tofu, and ginger are ingredients that fight summer fatigue! Recipe by Mahoizokunosonchou

I tried using umami-rich oyster sauce to flavor a dish with everyday ingredients.Firm tofu will stay intact, and silken tofu will fall apart a bit and be nice and soft. Use whichever you prefer.By mixing the pork with katakuriko potato starch flour and vegetable oil, it will become nice and tender. Also the sauce will be thickened by the starch flour on the pork.If you add a bit of doubanjiang spicy bean sauce, it will become a spicy dish. For 4-5 servings. Recipe by Junchan cookpad.japan -
Tofu and mushrooms in ginger and oyster sauce Tofu and mushrooms in ginger and oyster sauce
My wife long ago figured out that the best way to get me to cook something I don't necessarily want to is to challenge me. That was the case with tonight's dinner. She innocently requested that I ask my mom to make her tofu in oyster sauce dish. What? Did you forget who you live with, woman? Even though I'm not a tofu fan, I immediately set out to make tofu in oyster sauce for my wife. I'm such a puppet. Robert Gonzal -

Meat-Wrapped Tofu With Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise Meat-Wrapped Tofu With Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise
I came up with this recipe when I was trying to make a substantial and filling dish using cheap thinly cut pork. When you wrap the meat around the filling, it's ok if the filling peeks out a bit.The cheese will melt out a little, but it will get nice and crispy, which is delicious in and of itself. The oyster sauce-mayonnaise combination burns easily, so make sure to lower the heat before you coat the meat rolls in it. For 8 pieces. Recipe by emakatu cookpad.japan -

Sweet and Spicy Firm Tofu Fried with Okaka and Soy Sauce Sweet and Spicy Firm Tofu Fried with Okaka and Soy Sauce
I made this recipe by frying the firm tofu and using the flavors from a recipe that I made previously: "Sweet and Spicy Pepper Stir-Fry with Okaka",.When you add the tofu in the frying pan in Step 2, the excess moisture from the tofu may spatter the oil, so be careful. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add sugar.
