Ingredients

  1. Rice 2 cups boiled
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 5Scotch bonnet
  4. 1 tbsSeasoning powder
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1/2 tspCurry
  7. 1 tspGarlic paste
  8. 4Carrot
  9. 4 tbsVegetable oil
  10. 5 tbsTomato paste
  11. 1/4 cupSpring onion

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot add your vegetable oil, onion and garlic fry for 2 minutes

    Add your scotch bonnet and tomatoes paste, fry for some minutes

  3. 3

    Add a little water, seasoning, salt and curry cover your pot and let it simmer for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Add the per boiled rice and mix thoroughly

  5. 5

    Cover the pot and cook on medium heat

  6. 6

    When the rice turn soft, then add carrot, green beans and spring onion

  7. 7

    Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Done
