Ingredients

  1. Rice, onions
  2. Scotch bonnet, oil
  3. Grind tomatoes
  4. Seasoning, curry, Thyme
  5. leavesMixed spices, bay
  6. Ginger, garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl wash and chopped your onions, grind your scotch bonnet and tomatoes. in a pot pour in you onions, scotch bonnet, tomatoes oil and fry, then add in Thyme curry bay leaves, seasoning of your choice, garlic and ginger powder add water let it comes to boil

  2. 2

    Perboil your rice, in different pot, add your Perboil rice to the boiling water, allow it to cook. Then serve
