Cooking Instructions

Rinse tomato, scotch bonnet, onion and pepper. Blend and set aside.

Parboiled rice and rinse. Set aside.

In a pot, pour oil and fry blended tomatoes. Add the seasoning, spices and the fried meat turn it slowly, cover the pot and allow it to fry for 10 minutes.

Pour in rice and mix well. Allow to simmer
