Cooking Instructions

    Per boil your rice and set aside

    Wash all the ingredients and blend them using a blender and keep aside

    Cut, wash your liver into pieces and boil it with seasonings eg Maggi, garlic powder, onion

  4. 4

    In another pot with oil set on fire, when hot, add the blended ingredients and fry for some mins, add small amount of water and leave until boiled, add the per boiled rice, Maggi, salt,shreded carrot curry, garlic powder, boiled liver and stir,

  5. 5

    Cover the pot and leave until done then serve.
