Pancake with fillings

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 tbspsugar
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 2 tbspmelted butter
  6. Liquid milk/water
  7. 4 tbspPowdered Milk
  8. 1 tspbaking powder
  9. Fillings
  10. Meat floss

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add in dry ingredients. Beat the wet ingredients together or add them separately.

    Pour the wet into the dry ingredients and mix. Don't over mix, some small lumps are ok.

    After mixing, pre heat a non-stick pan and smear with drops of oil before pouring a scoop of the batter, then cover till the top is firm, turn the other side to cook also. Once done remove from heat. Repeat same for the remaining batter.

    Pour the fillings as shown below and roll, it's ready to serve.
