The sugar in the honey browns quickly so that the drawing comes out clearly. These sweet fluffy pancakes are great plain. Make a lot and freeze to store them. Reheat in the microwave for a fresh-baked taste.It's better to draw the whole picture without stopping. If you make a mistake, wipe it with a paper towel or let it cook through and peel it off.Set the heat to low while you're cooking the pancakes.
