The first food I've ever made myself was either fried eggs or pancakes. And from then on, I've tried TONS of different pancake recipes. I always end up feeling gross after eating a lot of pancakes but these are extremely light, with a bit of a bite to the exterior. LOVE IT.Decided to post it here because they use grams and I convert on the spot every single time, so might as well do it once and save it.

I used nuttella and mapple syrup for decoration if you dont like sweet you can change with more fruits.

When we have company, I get tired of always standing over the stove cooking, especially at breakfast. This saves me from that.

This recipe was inspired by a Tommy DiPaolo book called pancakes for breakfast. The book had no words. Just pictures of a grandma trying to make pancakes

This is not like regular pancakes. It is a souffle like pancake done in the oven. It is so easy to make. I use different toppings for this. My favorite is homemade apple butter.

This is the best pancake recipe that I ever have so far, and this recipe originally has taken from Matty Matheson's art work 😂😂😂. You could search him on his channel from youtube, if you want the visual version of the explanation, but pardon for his bad language 😅😅😅. And btw I made this with just half recipe, you just need to divide all of the ingredients by half of the measurements.

Since I knew how to cook, I made a lots of pancake. I tried so many different recipes to receive a perfect pancake like I always seen in movies when I was a little child.And this recipe is the result of many year trying to make the same dish.
