BBQ bacon wrapped chicken tenders BBQ bacon wrapped chicken tenders
My son loves chicken tenders, and I wanted less mess than frying. He's such a picky eater that I combined one of his favorites, bacon, with the tenders and he loves them. They are a great finger food, perfect for appetizers. I use them as an entree usually paired with corn on the cob and some version of cole slaw. alley927cat -

Bacon Paste BBQ Chicken Skewers Bacon Paste BBQ Chicken Skewers
This recipe is modified from cooks illustrated to include a bit more sauce and a bit more heat in the form of chipotles. Don't skip the sugar in the rub as it aids in crisping and carmelizing the edges of the chicken. Lance Wilson
