Steps

Pour the Cous Cous in a bowl nd add a little bit of oil, salt and white seasoning and mix very well

Divide the Cous Cous into two nd add blue food colour to one nd mix well then add water to the other and mix all of them together and mix well then close nd set aside for some minutes

Put a pan on heat and add a little bit oil and fry the Cous Cous very well with Continous stirring until it's soft

Add small amount of water and seasoning followed by Slices of onions and Cook for some couple of minutes

In order to make your sauce put a pan on heat and add a little oil nd chopped onion allow it to fry for some seconds then add Grinded pepper scotch bonnet and onions and stir well then allow it to cook for some minutes while continuing stirring

Serve with Salad of your choice.I serve it with Veggies Cabbage, Cucumber and then garnish with Tomato roses
