  12. Beef meat
  13. Carrot
  14. Green pepper
  15. Scotch bonnet
  16. Red pepper
  17. Onion
  18. Salt
  19. Seasoning
  20. Vegetable oil
  21. Soy sauce (optional)
  22. Curry (ducros)
  23. Corn flour

Cooking Instructions

    On a medium heat set your pot on fire pour water into it,if boil parboil your rice,wash sieve and keep it aside.

    Diced all your veggies and wash them.

  3. 3

    On a medium heat set your pot on fire and pour oil preheat all your veggies and pour your rice,salt and seasoning to taste.

    In separate pan scramble your egg fry and pour into the rice pot.

    Stir them all together and off the light.

    Wash red pepper,scotch bonnet and onion blend them together.

  7. 7

    On a medium heat set your pot on fire and pour the blended scotch bonnet add water and pour meet into the pot add salt and seasoning a lot it to boil

    After boil add your carrot let it cook for some minute,dilute your corn flour and pour into the pot.

    Add green pepper and scotch bonnet then off the light.

    NB:-Remember all the veggies and the meat should be diced according to julian style for the shredded beef.
