Ingredients

  1. 200 gPlomb couscous (1 Cup)
  2. 100 gminced beef
  3. Diced pepper as desired
  4. 1Small Onion Bulb
  5. 1 TeaspoonBlack Pepper
  6. 1/2 TablespoonThyme
  7. 1 TeaspoonCurry
  8. 1 CupCarrots (cut in strips)
  9. 1/2 TablespoonGarlic paste
  10. 3 TablespoonsVegetable oil
  11. cubeSeasoning
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1Green Bell Pepper (Garnish)
  14. 1/4 CupSweet Corn

Cooking Instructions

    Cook plomb in enough boiling water for about 12 minutes. Add salt and a dash of vegetable oil.

    Strain in a colander and set aside. On a medium flame, heat up a pan/ wok, add vegetable oil, saute the onions for about 2 minutes. Add garlic paste and saute for another minute.

    Add minced meat and saute on high heat until cooked. Add diced pepper, curry thyme and seasoning.

    At this point, loosen it up with about 1/4 cup meat stock or just water. Add the carrots and sweet corn. Saute for 2 minutes and add the cooked Plomb. Stir everything together and check for salt. Garnish with green bell pepper or spring onions. Serve hot. Enjoy😉😃😋
