Puff puff is a traditional African snack. It is an easy and quick recipes that can be made within 2hrs
Cooking Instructions

Put the flour in a bowl, add the yeast, sugar and salt.
Mix all these together.Add the lukewarm water and mix until everything blend together(the mixture shouldn't be watery).

Cover the bowl containing the batter and leave to rise for About 45 mins.
Remember the mixture should be thicker than pancake batter
The batter should have some air bubbles after it risen

Pour some oil in deep pot and allow to heat up
When you feel the oil is hot enough, test it by dropping small batter of puff puff.
if it sizzles and comes up to the surface of the oil then your oil is ready. - 4
Scoop some batter into batter into the oil with your hand pressing the batter to come out from between your thumb and index finger

You can scoop more batter as many as your frying will take Without over crowding

Once the down part of the puff puff has turned golden brown l, flip the ball so that the top part will be fried too

When both the sides are golden brown, take out the balls and place in a seive (or you can place the puff puff ball tissue paper /paper towels)
