Making the puff puff is easy because the mixing is straight forward. Puff puff is that spongy, soft and spring back to touch and the most amazing thing is it's very tasty small chop #smallchopcontest
Cooking Instructions

Put the flour in a bowl, add dried ingredients (sugar, nutmeg, salt, yeast) and mix it

Add milk and warm water in a small quantity and mix everything with your hand till you have a good smooth batter but not too watery.

Cover the bowl and leave it to rise. After 30-45 minutes the puff puff batter should have risen in quantity and form some air bubble.

Pour vegetable oil in frying pan and allow it to heat, when the oil is hot enough scoop some batter With your hand into the oil, put as much as the space in the frying pan will allow.

Once the underside of the puff puff has turned golden brown, then flip the top side so that it will fried as well

Then take out the puff puff balls and place in a sieve to reduce the oil. Chilled with cold drink
