Puff puff😩❤️

Aisha Muhammed @aayshah
I was always inspired by the sweetness of my mother’s puff puff that at a point it became one of my favorite snacks.
Yeah puff puff has the best sweetness in the mouth
Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl mix yeast and lukewarm water. The water should be room temperature.
- 2
Mix flour, sugar, and salt before adding your wet ingredient. When mixed well without lumps you can now cover and set under a heated place to rise.
- 3
When it has raised we can now set our oil on fire at a low heat and began to fry❤️
Enjoy❤️

❤️Chicken Meatballs❤️
It was my husband's birthday, and he told me he just wanted to eat at home and not go to a restaurant. He especially wanted to eat the chicken meatballs I make, so I rolled up my sleeves to cook for my beloved husband ❤️Chicken meatballs tend to be a bit dry, so I added ground pork and milk. I checked online and found that a 3:7 ratio makes the best meatballs ❤️I hope everyone will like it ❤️This recipe is inspired by IKEA's Swedish meatballs 🇸🇪

Apple Pie From Scratch
I suddenly thought of making it, and it was pretty good, so I uploaded as a record. The puff pastry would maybe better if you don't worry too much about it when making. The puff pastry is different from the one made with butter, so you don't have to let it sit for a while before getting on to the next process, and it doesn't shrink when you bake it. Fresh Buns (Zwieback)
Zwieback were always served at special occasions – weddings, funerals, family celebrations and of course at “faspa” – a light Sunday supper served with a bit of cheese and cold farmer's sausage or ham slicesThis zwieback originated in the early 16th century at the port cities of the Netherlands.

The One With The Lebanese Pita Bread
Living in the United States has its positives and negatives. One of the negatives of living in the United States is missing out on easy access to the most common traditional things my country has to offer, like our bread. Pita bread is an essential item in every Arab woman's kitchen, so today I made this for my husband because my loving husband eats our bread with E-Bhi-E-Aur-Y-T-Hai-I-And-G so I researched a lot of recipes till I came up with my own that felt like the perfect fit for me. I hope you like it! ❤️

Pizza Dough
This pizza dough is not prepared or cooked in a traditional way, but it is the best homemade dough recipe that I've been able to come up with. It's also a nice cross between two competing pizza philosophies, namely Chicago-style deep dish and New York-style thin crust. It's versatile in the sense it is great for any topping choice, and although it won't be your favorite pizza crust of all time, it will hopefully be the favorite one you've ever made at home.

Sambal Bilis Puff
I was craving for the Sambal Bilis Puff at Dome Restaurant, but due to lockdown, I've decided to Google the recipes and make them myself. It turns out amazing, crunchy and yummy! The baked puff is still crunchy when I leave it outside overnight.

Oil-Free Miso Bread with Cake Flour
A user taught me that you can make the best bread using cake flour by not including too many ingredients. Since the gluten content is also low if you add too much to the dough it just weighs it down. So when I thought about cutting down on the extra ingredients I figured I could use whatever I had at home. Checking the fridge I discovered miso, and figured that fermented foods are good for you. That's how this bread came to be.The moisture of the miso varies, so add it carefully while keeping that in mind. This is my personal preference, but since I like the bottom of the bread to have a nice baked color and be crispy, I bake them with that intent. I also like the aroma of the miso. Recipe by Ryouko
