Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 1/8 tspyeast
  4. 1 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 cupwarm water
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, yeast, salt) in a clean bowl

    Mix all dry ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Add the warm water little by little and mix till you get a smooth batter

  4. 4

    Cover it tight and allow to rise for 45mins - 1 hour

  5. 5

    Put your oil on heat and fry your puff puff after

  6. 6

    Your puff puff us ready
