Lime Pie with Cookies and Cream Cheese

In a blender, mix the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and table cream. Before opening the cans and pouring them into the blender, have the juice of the eleven limes and the orange ready. Only the juice; if you struggle to remove all the seeds from the lime or orange juice, it's okay, but try to remove as many as possible.

Once the two milks and the table cream are in the blender, cut the block of cream cheese into pieces and add it to the blender carefully. Blend slightly, then add the orange juice and blend again. Add the juice of the 11 limes and blend for about 1 and a half minutes.

Once all the ingredients are combined, turn off the blender. Meanwhile, prepare a square (10 x 10 inches) or rectangular (9 x 12 inches) glass or plastic dish.

Place a layer of Maria cookies and pour some of the milk, lime, and cream cheese mixture over them. Spread it well with a spoon to cover all the cookies.

Then add another layer of cookies, another layer of the mixture, and continue until the pie is complete with the milk mixture. Cut the mango into small pieces and decorate, adding pecans. Once covered, cover the dish and refrigerate. It will be ready in 45 minutes.
