In Lithuania we call it The Lazy - originaly it contains crashed cookies mixed with ganache. But this time, after Christmas Eve I had left overs of some cookies we bake in Lithuania always only for Christmas Eve (flour, poppies, water and yeast). So it fitted perfectly here! Ant the left overs of condesed milk after baking my previous poppie curd cake (which was two months ago 🤦♀️) was also nicely used here! 🎉I have seen some recipes of The Lazy with extra nuts or dried fruts.
