Ingredients

About 45+minutes
4-6 servings
  1. 3egg yolks
  2. 3/4 cupKey Lime Juice, no substitute
  3. 2 (14 oz)cans Eagle brand sweetened evaporated milk, do not substitute
  4. 2 tsplime zest
  5. Store-bought graham cracker crust put in a pie tin

Cooking Instructions

About 45+minutes
  1. 1

    Set oven to 360f

  2. 2

    Beat egg yolks and then stir into the milk.

  3. 3

    Add the lime zest and stir in the lime juice.

  4. 4

    Pour into the pie tin with crust and bake at 360 f for 25 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cool to room temperature and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.

Retired at age 55 and enjoying the mountains. I'm now 72, married for 50 years. :) I love to cook but I don't care if ingredients are Organic nor GMO, Gluten-free, low calorie, or low Cholesterol! And Never use low/no-Fat as I enjoy good food. I never take procedural pictures as most cooks know how to boil water and stir sauces.
