  2. I can organic garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  3. 2 cupsspinach
  4. 2 tbsptahini
  5. 1 tbspminced garlic
  6. 1 tspcumin
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1 tsplime juice
  9. 2 tbspolive oil
  10. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 3 minutes
