Ingredients

  1. 1 canChickpeas
  2. 3 cloveGarlic
  3. 1Juice of a whole lemon
  4. 1/3 cupTahini
  5. 1/4 cupExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  6. 2 tbspFresh chopped parsley
  7. 1Handful of chopped fresh spinach

Cooking Instructions

    Open can of chickpeas and rinse.

  2. 2

    Put chickpeas into food chopper or food processor.

  3. 3

    Add all other ingredients except olive oil.

  4. 4

    Start chopping in food chopper or processor.

  5. 5

    Slowly start adding oil. Add as much or as little as you need to make the consistency that you prefer your hummus. I like mine creamy looking smooth.

  6. 6

    You can replace the spinch with red pepper if you like and make red pepper hummus. You can also omit spinach and have regular hummus.
