Add basil or thyme what you desire to sauce when the sour taste of tomatoes is gone and turn off the heat.

Pizza Dough Pizza Dough
This is the result of massive amounts of research and time and taste testing. A pizza dough that can handle high heat (600°+) that a Kamado-Style grill can produce. This dough is relatively quick, tasty and looks good as well.Notes: prepare pizza and immediately place in grill for less puffy crust. Also, turn pizza with peel a quarter turn every few minutes to cook evenly. This crust will bubble and "leopard" on high heat. Kamado John Wayne -

This makes 1 large pizza, this picture is of a little pizza I made from the leftover dough from the big pizza, the large one disappeared too fast to get a shot of it😂 so I got the idea to add oregano to the dough from a different recipe on here just I can't find it anymore... So I added the idea to the recipe I always use. Margie -
Pizza Dough Pizza Dough
source: https://sugarspunrun.com/wprm_print/13562Notes¹I've found that all-purpose flour yields a softer crust while bread flour gives a slightly crispier exterior. Please see the post for more information on all-purpose vs. bread flour in pizza dough.²Many commenters have reported using active dry yeast (use the same amount, 2 ¼ teaspoon) with success. Some people have proofed the yeast first with the ¾ cup warm water, which is what I would recommend, while others have just mixed it into the dough as instructed. Both have had success!³Ideally your water should be between 105-115F (40-46C). I usually just use warm tap water but do make sure that your water isn't too hot or it will kill your yeast! Easy Crispy Pizza Easy Crispy Pizza
I'm so hooked on homemade pizza. I started being lazy with it since I wanted to make the procedures more simple, and ended up with this easy recipe. These days I'm even making this on a busy weekday night.Just remember that it's 50 g of flour per serving, and the water should be half the amount of the flour Please increase the amount of ingredients according to the number of servings. When using aluminum foil, roll it up before spreading it out. This makes the foil slightly bumpy to prevent the dough from sticking (I didn't do this when I took the photo, so it was really a hassle afterwards).I advise you to use a sheet of parchment paper.
