This Amazing fish recipe is savory, creamy and quick. It works with almost any type of fish. It's sure to become a family hit and you'll be saying WOW! that's some dang good fish.

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  2. 1/3 cupbutter, softened
  3. 1/4 cupmayo
  4. 3 tbsplemon juice
  5. 1 tspGinger
  6. 1/4 cupgreen onions
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 2 tspblack pepper 2 tsp dried dill weed
  9. 2 dashesTabasco sauce
  10. 2 lbsFlounder. You can choose whatever fish you like

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre-heat the oven broiler; Grease 9x13" baking dish with thin coat of butter.

    Mix together Parmesan cheese, butter, mayo, lemon juice, green onion, salt, pepper, ginger, dill, & Tabasco in small bowl until well blended.

  3. 3

    Arrange fish in a single layer in baking dish.

  4. 4

    Broil fish for 8 minutes or until it flakes with a fork.

  5. 5

    Remove from oven and carefully spread Parmesan mixture over top. Broil 2 additional minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.

  6. 6

    Top it with sea weed or parsley.
