Cooking Instructions
- 1
Start by mixing all your dry ingredients, flour sugar baking powder and salt, in a bowl and whisk then set aside
- 2
In another bowl, separate your egg white from the yolk, and beat the egg white until white and fluffy.
- 3
Melt your butter and in a bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, vanilla and egg yolk and beat lightly.
- 4
Combine your wet ingredients and dry ingredients and mix well. Gently add in your beaten egg whites and fold the mixture (if it gets too thick, mix a little bit of milk and water and add to the batter).
- 5
Preheat your nonstick pan and melt a little bit of butter in it and start to cook. Pour a small ladle full of batter on and let it cook till it turns a slight golden brown color then flip and do the other side. Repeat till the batter is finished
- 6
For the syrup, combine the water sugar and lemon in a pot and put on medium heat and let boil till it becomes thick. Then serve with the pancakes
- 7
Enjoy your pancakes
