Ingredients

  1. 3 poundsburger
  2. 1 jarpace hot picante sauce
  3. 1jalapeño chopped
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. I small can sliced olives black
  6. to tasteChilling powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. to tastePepper
  9. Pinchred pepper flakes
  10. Pinchground red pepper
  11. to tasteHot sauce of choice
  12. 4 tablespoonsButter
  13. 1/4 cupMasa flour
  14. 3 cupsV8 juice
  15. 1 canwhole tomatoes
  16. Shredded cheese of choice
  17. Corn tortillas
  18. 3 cloves garlic chopped
  19. Pinto beans

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the burger onion and 3 cloves of garlic black olives cook till browned. Reserve a quarter of the meat.

    Add the rest of ingredients minus the cheese and tortillas. Bring to a boil turn down to low cover and cook 2 hours. Melt butter with masa flour. Add some of chili to flour mixture then add back into the chili let cook till it thickens

    ASteam the tortillas add little meat and cheese and roll each one. Place in a baking dish. Top with chili and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till heated through and cheese is melted.
