Ingredients

  1. 1 lb.ground beef
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1 cangreen chilies
  4. 1 canchili beans (in chili sauce)
  5. 8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
  6. 1large can enchilada sauce
  7. Jalapeño peppers
  8. 88” flour tortillas

Cooking Instructions

    Brown beef and onion in skillet. Drain fat.

  2. 2

    Add chilies and canned chili beans. Crush beans with masher.

  3. 3

    Place beef mixture and 2T of cheese to bottom of tortilla and roll up tight.

  4. 4

    Put some sauce in bottom of 13x9” pan. Line up filled tortillas. Top with rest of sauce. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Add some jalapeños.

    Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes.
