Cooking Instructions

Mix flour with baking powder, make a hole in the middle and place aside

In a blender put sugar, eggs, oil,milk and lemon rinds then blend

Pour wet ingredients into the flour and knead

Put in cling film, cover for 1 hour

Cut one ball..(that's all I needed for snacks, the rest can make normal mandazi another day) and roll out

Cut into strips

Take 3 strips at a time and braid.pinch the start and ends

Deep fry to golden brown

Serve with desired drink. Enjoy
