Seive flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl

Mix butter sugar until fluffy add egg, milk, grated nutmeg and water. fold in the flour mixture until to form dough flatten and cut into desired shapes and deep fry in oil till golden pack and allow to cool. Serve with tea,juice or coffee
