Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupwarm water
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/2butter
  5. 1/3 teaspoonyeast
  6. 1/2 cupsugar
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 50 clfrying oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl, mix dry ingredients (sieved flour+sugar+salt) except yeast

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients (egg+water +melted butter) +yeast. The yeast is added to the liquid so that it can desolve easily.

    Add Dry ingredients + wet ingredients and knead until smooth, cover and allow it to rise for few minutes

  4. 4

    Expel the air, cut into desired shape and size, Place on a floured surface to ease carrying.

  5. 5

    Allow it to rise and Fry it under low heat
