Ingredients

  1. Spaghetti
  2. Egg
  3. Minced meat (cook)
  4. Maggi
  5. Lather
  6. For the saurce
  7. Scotch bonnet
  8. Pepper
  9. Onion
  10. Garlic
  11. Green beans (chop)
  12. Carrots (chop)
  13. Maggi
  14. Onga
  15. Curry
  16. Veg oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook your spaghetti for 10mnts and drain

  2. 2

    Crack egg in a bowl, add maggi and cook spaghetti then mix, pour your egg mixture in leather add your minced meat in the center of the leather and tight the leather, pour water in a pot allow it to boil then put your mixture in and allow it to cook for 15mnts

    For the saurce

    Grate your Scotch bonnet, pepper, onion and garlic, pour them in a pot add veg oil, maggi,onga and curry then fry for 2mnts

  5. 5

    Add your chop Carrots and green beans, continue frying for 5mnts and serve
