Ingredients

  1. 1/2yam (cooked)
  2. Egg
  3. onion
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Seasoning and spices
  6. Flour
  7. Oil
  8. Miced meat
  9. Carrot&green bell pepper
  10. Flour

Cooking Instructions

    First u will boil ur yam after it has cooked then use your mortal and crush it(watau ki daka)

    Then u cut ur onion and scotch bonnet then heat ur pan with oil and fry it not dat deep frying fah

  3. 3

    Then pour in ur fry mixture in d crush yam and add maggi and spices then stir add 1tsp of butter and mix together

    For your miced meat fry it and add carrot and green bell pepper and fry

  5. 5

    Then wash your hand and cut small portion of the yam and put it in your hand and flat it then add your mixed meat filling in it and close it gently

    After that then put your yam ball in your flour then bring it out and put it in your egg then if u have cornflakes or golden mold u can put it but I did nt have cornflakes I use flour only after that then fry it enjoy
