Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -

Cute Little Doughnut Bites Cute Little Doughnut Bites
When I make regular old fashioned doughnuts in a tray, they are so prone to breaking up.These small ones are easy for small children to eat, yet it's adult-like and they are bite sized. They are easy to make and everyone can enjoy them.Since the shape is a bit chunky, it's better to make a circle of oil and gently move them around, rather than turning them over and over. Also they all turn out the same color. If you use a 18 x 27cm plastic bag, it's better than using a dough bag because when you roll it out the thickness will be just right. For about 30-35. Recipe by Karenmamacchi cookpad.japan -
My Original Adzuki Doughnut Holes My Original Adzuki Doughnut Holes
To make this recipe I referred to "Bread Loaf with 100% of Plain Flour and Whey" by user "Akkorin Mama". Using both granulated and powdered sugar gives it a pleasant melt-in-your-mouth texture. How to deep-fry the doughnuts in shallow oil my way: Pour enough oil into the pot so the doughnuts do not to touch the base of the pot. After the first batch, add a little oil. By doing this, the temperature of the oil will drop and the doughnuts won't burn easily in shallow oil. If the temperature of the oil rises too much, try adding some new unheated oil to bring the temperature down again. For small 16 to 18 doughnut holes. Recipe by miyuki12 cookpad.japan -

I tried many different combinations to make these and finally arrived at these Krispy Kreme-style doughnuts.Shaping them takes practice! At first I tried over and over to make them. They will be slightly wonky, but that is proof that they are homemade!Of course you can use butter or shortening instead of margarine. If you use unsalted butter or shortening, increase the salt to 4g.In step 3, I used a small amount of flour. Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts) Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts)
I have attempted so many bread type doughnut recipes. I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these! You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil. So please control the amount of moisture in the dough. I increased the amount of butter to give it a richer taste. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by narimi mama cookpad.japan -

Baked Doughnuts Baked Doughnuts
These are simply so good and just as delicious as fried doughnuts. This is a keeper for all your doughnut cravings and they go well with pretty much any toppings or stuffings. They do take a while to make as they are yeast doughnuts but they are more than worth it.If using active dry yeast, add to the wet ingredients and let sit for about 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients. Also, I made these in the evening so excuse me for the bad camera quality. Glazed Donuts Glazed Donuts
Fresh soft tender donuts, warm , light and so good. They are mot difficult to make. The most important tip is that this recipe should make 12 donuts, so be mindful rolling the dough out, simply roll it to a 1/2 inch thickness, no more otherwise the donuts will not be light and puffy. My first batch I rolled to many and they were skinny and not as wonderfully light as the next batch. fenway
