So today I decided to try chapati. It's an Indian dish, a kind of plain yummy bread, and the most interesting aspect is that it's yeast free🤗
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix flour, seasame oil, vinegar with warm water and mx well into a soft dough. Note: adding oil helps in making the chapati soft. You should also kneed the dough very well and make it moderately soft that also help in attaining soft chapati. Note: Butter will be spread at the hot chappati after done.
- 2
After kneeding, spread some oil on the dough and cover to rest for 30min or more
- 3
For theegg sauce: Chop all ingredients
- 4
Heat oil and pour in onions and garlic till golden brown(my step by step cooking as usual LOL)
- 5
Then pour in peppers and fry for 2 min then Carrots
- 6
Maggi, spices and seasoning goes in, then my leftover cabbage stew and simmer for 3 min
- 7
Eggs comes last and continue to stirfry until done
- 8
My dough is ready now, potion your dough into small balls, get set your board and rolling pin, dust the board with flour
- 9
Roll into round shapes not too thin to prevent breakage on heat.
- 10
Preheat your pan, dust away excess flour from your dough and place on the heated pan,
- 11
20-30 seconds is enough, you will notice some burbles from the top then it's time to flip to the other side, after some seconds it will blow up like balloon 🤩
- 12
Remove and spread some ghee or butter
- 13
Now it's time to.....wow! Masha Allah it was so soft and yummy😋

Rice Noodles with Chicken, Peanut Sauce, and Lime Rice Noodles with Chicken, Peanut Sauce, and Lime
A colorful dish for such a cloudy week! 😶🌫️I love this dish for its contrast of flavors and how satisfying it is. It's a kind of Pad Thai (my absolute favorite dish in the whole world, along with pizza haha) that isn't quite Pad Thai but still hits the spot. I wanted to try it with some rice noodles I bought at a little shop near my house. This can be made with noodles, pasta, or any kind of noodles.I hope you like it 🤗 Sara PATranslated from Cookpad Spain -

Sautéed Hanpen Fishcake with Sesame Seed and Japanese Leek Sauce Sautéed Hanpen Fishcake with Sesame Seed and Japanese Leek Sauce
Earlier, I posted a recipe on Kanikama (imitation crab sticks) with Welsh onion sauce, but I also recommend this recipe. The taste is suited to men and women of all ages. The interesting texture also makes it a fun dish.To help consume the bumper-crop of daikon (white radish) leaves harvested from my father-in-law's garden, I also used daikon leaves. Try this out when your store-bought daikon comes with the leaves. Recipe by ayureo cookpad.japan -
