Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmillet powder
  2. 1 tspginger powder
  3. 1 tspblack pepper
  4. 1 tspclove powder
  5. Water
  6. 1 cupfresh coconut shavings
  7. 1 handfulraisings
  8. 500 mlspack peak youghurt

Cooking Instructions

    Measure all your dry ingredients into a bowl

    Use a spoon and mix everything together

  3. 3

    Add in water and mix untill you get the right consistency to moild into bowls

  4. 4

    Wash your hands and mould your fura into small or large bowls depending on how you want it.

    Heat water in a pot and allow to boil then add in your balls and cook on medium heat untill it becomes soft.

    Pour your balls into a calabash or bowl,add in peak youghurt and use the back of your ludayi(a local wooden spoon) to mix your fura

  7. 7

    Add in coconut shavings and raisings and stir

  8. 8

    Chill in the fridge before you serve.
