Mango Pudding

I got a lot of mangoes from my boarding house friend's mother. I chose to make pudding so we can't get bored eating mango 😁

I came up with a recipe that I can make easily for my son who loves mango pudding.It's really simple: just mix and chill! Recipe by Malon Love

Super healthy and with delicious tropical flavours. The secret ingredient is chia seeds which are loaded with omega-3, minerals and are a complete source of protein.

My family loves mangoes. We can't do without mango pudding during the summer. Actually, we'd like to keep this recipe a secret.Use canned mangoes for the puree.For the syrup, either use mango syrup for shaved ice or simply some mango juice.If you whip the heavy cream in step 5 until just slightly thick, it makes the pudding even more soft and creamy. I had originally planned on making this for my dad on father's day. My Abuela was staying with us and I saw how much my dad enjoyed having having some of his culture back (He is Colombian) especially certain foods. So I looked a few recipes up online after she left . Enjoy!!!

I wanted to use mango, but i didn't have gellatin. Coconuts oil makes it firm when it's cold.

Adding yogurt to mango makes it light and refreshing!! Kanten makes it healthy and smooth, and is a summery dessert.Because the fibers of the mango cannot be easily puréed, purée a small amount of mango at a time. Kanten hardens when added to cold substances, so use yogurt and canned mango that have been brought to room temperature. Also, when adding the kanten to the purée, be sure to mix it in quickly.
