Ingredients

  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 3 tbspchia seeds
  • 2 tbsppure honey
  • 2 cupschopped mango

Steps

    In a jar, mix coconut milk, chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon of honey

  2. 2

    Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

  3. 3

    In a blender mango blend it until smooth.

  4. 4

    Layer chia pudding and pureed mango evenly among 2 small glasses.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped mango and mint leaves.

  6. 6

    Enjoy
