  2. 2medium Onions (sliced)
  3. 5Red pepper (blended)
  4. 2small carrots (grated)
  5. 2green beans (chopped)
  6. Maggi, salt, curry, thyme, ginger garlic powder
  7. Oil
  8. For garnishing
  9. Lettuce
  10. Cucumber (sliced)
  11. leavesMint

    Here is our fried awara

    In a pan sauté onion and red pepper for 2mins then add in remaining onions, green beans, carrots, maggi, salt, curry, thyme, ginger garlic powder and stir-fry for 3mins

    Then add in fried awara and stir-fry for 2mins then serve and garnish with lettuce, cucumber and mint leaf😋
