Ingredients

  1. 350 mlliquid milk (warm)
  2. 15 ggranulated sugar + 5g more granulated sugar
  3. 6 ginstant yeast, 9g salt
  4. 500 gAll-purpose flour(sifted)
  5. 1egg for eggwash and sesame seeds to sprinkle on
  6. 40 gbutter or margarine room temperature
  7. Fillings
  8. 300 gshredded chicken
  9. 100 gmixed vegetable
  10. 1onion finely chopped
  11. 1/2 cupdiced capsicum
  12. 1 cupgrated cheese
  13. 1/2 cupmayonnaise and 2tbsp ketchup mix
  14. Herbe de provence and origan

Cooking Instructions

    In a recipient add the liquid milk, the 15g sugar and yeast.. Mix..

    Cover and reserve the yeast mixture for 10mins.

    Sift the flour, add the left over 5g of sugar, salt. Mix all the dry ingredients before adding the yeast mixture

    After 10mins add the yeast mixture in the flour, mix till all combined

  5. 5

    Last add butter and mix to form a soft dough. Cover and leave to sit at room temp for 4hrs in a dry warm place.

    After 4hrs make small ball out of dough and leave to sit for 1hour more before filling them

  7. 7

    After 1hour filled all the buns and reserve for more 1hr30mins before baking

  8. 8

    It's time to preheat oven at 180 degrees. Egg wash to be brush on the bun and sprinkle the sesame seeds

  9. 9

    Moment awaited.. Baking time.. Once out of oven brush some butter and keep for 15mins before serving.
