    Soft boil the egg.

    Pan fry the bacon and walnuts. Toast the sourdough bread.

  3. 3

    Chop the red cabbage and pepper.

  4. 4

    Put everything in a bowl and season to my taste (salt, pepper, balsamic reduction, walnut oil)
