Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Beat two eggs in a shallow dish.

Mix the dry ingredients.

Prepare your tilapia fillets and coat them well in flour.

Dip the tilapia in the beaten eggs, taking care to coat them nicely.

Cover the tilapia fillet in the dry mixture.

Place the tilapia on a greased pan. Cut the lemon in nice slices and lay them on top. Squeeze the rest of the lemon on top of the fillets.

Bake for 15 minutes, and enjoy!
